How does Conelio fit into a course or program?
Conelio can be used as a standalone practice program or as a structured supplement to an existing course, career service, or leadership development program. It is set up around specific practice scenarios, such as job interviews, salary negotiations, feedback conversations, and leadership situations. Learners practice independently, while instructors gain a clear overview of learner activity and progress across the group.
How much instructor work is required?
At the beginning, instructors customize Conelio to their program by defining the scenario context, learning goals, target group, and conversation type, and by adding learners to the program. After setup, learners practice independently, while Conelio helps instructors identify participation, progress, and support needs across the group.
What data do instructors see?
Program leads see a group-level overview of learner activity and progress, such as who has started, how many sessions were completed, completion rates, average ratings, and summarized feedback patterns across the group.
Can instructors read learners' conversation transcripts?
By default, no. Conelio is designed so learners can practice privately, while instructors receive aggregated progress and support insights. Individual session content remains visible only to the learner by default. Learners can choose to share selected transcripts with instructors, for example when they want feedback in a 1:1 coaching context.
How is privacy and data retention handled?
Conelio is designed with data privacy and GDPR in mind. Learner content is not used to train AI models by default. We support data minimization, encrypted storage, configurable retention periods, deletion options, and organizational agreements such as a DPA where required.
How does licensing work?
Conelio is licensed at the organization or program level. Learners are invited through their institution or training provider. Access can be configured for specific learner groups, modules, or program periods.

How do I get access to Conelio?
Access is provided through your organization or program. If you do not have access yet, you can ask your program, career service, or training team whether they plan to offer Conelio.
What happens in a practice session?
You practice a realistic conversation in Conelio. You can use standardized scenarios provided by your program or create a custom scenario tailored to the exact conversation you want to practice. You can repeat sessions, try different approaches, and prepare before important real-world conversations.
How do I get feedback?
After each practice session, Conelio gives you structured feedback on your strengths, improvement areas, and alternative ways to phrase your answers.
Who can see my conversations?
Your individual conversations are private by default. Instructors or program leads see aggregated progress and activity information, not your full conversation transcripts. You can choose to share selected transcripts with an instructor or coach, for example when you want 1:1 feedback.
Can I practice on my phone?
Yes. Conelio works in modern browsers on desktop and mobile. For the best voice experience, we recommend using headphones and practicing in a quiet room.
